"After a google-search, I found that Blooma seemed to be the only studio where mom comes first. They offer prenatal, postnatal, express, and many birthing and parenting workshops. many of their classes offer childcare as well for a nominal fee.

Now that I've been a few times and have practiced with a few different instructors, I've concluded that this place is not only fabulous but also a wonderful respite for mothers and mothers-to-be. It's calming, centering, thoughtful, and supportive."
