Mama says: We welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world last Thursday, November 13th! Samuel Bryant arrived healthy and fit. We are home now and settling into life as a family of four. Big brother Rowan is very proud of his new role, and so far Sam is relaxed and snuggly.

Mama says: Sam decided to finally join us one week late ... another boy for our family, which is so fun! He is doing great, eating and sleeping like a champ...it doesn't hurt that mom and dad are a little more relaxed with #3! It all went well, and I think I should have my hubby do some training to be a doula -- he did a great job! Thanks again for the great yoga experience. I thought of you as I did one of my many squats during labor!
