Mama Jess says: We had an amazing water birth, we were at the hospital for only 2 hours before she was born. My husband said that he thought my yoga experience at Blooma was a huge help for me dealing with contractions. Our boys are loving having a baby sister, and we are all looking forward to getting back in a yoga groove at Blooma very soon!
