Join Jesi Rosenberg on Saturday, December 14, for Family Yoga. This fun afternoon is a chance for parents and kids to experience the joy, relaxation, and connection of yoga together. No experience necessary, this class is filled with love and laughter for parents or care providers and their kiddos, ages 3 and up. Watch as the coordination of your child's growing body, mind, and personality are enhanced with an interactive yoga game, yoga poses, breath exercises and a mini-meditation.
