Well this is more than a little bit irksome: "Women suffer a `devastating' impact on their pay after having children, a new study has found." The study, completed by the Fawcett Society, took place in the UK. Read more about it here.
I don't know if the same holds true for women going back to work in the U.S. I certainly hope not. I'd love to have a discussion about this ... please leave a comment if you'd like to share your thoughts or experiences!
